Reflecting, I have always been drawn to working and helping people. I have been in private practice for about ten years, and before becoming a counsellor, I worked in various senior management positions within numerous global organisations. I feel very privileged to have been given the opportunity to have worked with so many great people of all ages in various settings.

I offer both short term and long term therapy. I treat every client as an individual and look beyond the ‘label’ to see the person. I am passionate about this work and committed to working with you every step of the way.
Depth of experience - I have helped many clients over the years and never treated any two clients the same. I have a wealth of experience to call upon that as been built up not just through my training but with over ten years direct experience of working with clients.
I understand the pressures of working in a corporate environment. I am also MBA qualified and have managed and coached managers/teams in a global environment. I know first-hand the stresses work can cause in all areas of your life.

Expertise working with children and young people. I have been trained to work with children and young people from 3 to 18 using an integrative art therapy approach to help the young person find meaning in their feelings and behaviour.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
I have over ten years of experience using CBT and have a specialism in integrating CBT into other therapies to provide you with an approach that is designed precisely to your needs.
Working with Anxiety-related disorders
I have expertise in helping clients explore their anxiety’s possible causes and triggers – including those created by employment, relationships and past experiences – and work with you to develop effective coping strategies. I also have expertise in treating children and young people experiencing anxiety.
Child Therapy
I will work with you and your child (at any age) to determine the cause of the presenting problem and create a safe space for your child to be understood and address their concerns using cognitive behavioural therapy, play therapy, family therapy, and parenting guidance.
Helping you find meaning
I help clients go beyond their presenting problems and discover the root cause of their issues but also learn how to repair past hurts and find a new sense of purpose. I am an expert in helping clients break through that feeling of being stuck and feeling back at square one! To overcome that sense of being unable to tolerate certain emotions, such as anxiety or sadness. I will help you get to know yourself better and recognise your triggers so you can break habits that are no longer working for you.
